2. Products & Handmade Nature

Many of our products are handmade and/or produced using 3D printing technology. Due to the nature of this manufacturing process, products may contain minor imperfections including but not limited to:

  • Layer lines
  • Small surface marks
  • Slight color variations
  • Minor texture inconsistencies

These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.

Product photos are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible, but colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and production batches.

3. Blind Box & Mystery Products

Certain products may include blind box or mystery-style items. By purchasing these products, you understand and accept that item variations are random and specific contents are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Duplicate items may occur.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time
  • Limit quantities purchased per order
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, resale abuse, or unauthorized activity

Formi is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • Exchanges
  • Partial refunds
  • Cancellations after an order has entered production

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review the issue.
